In the UCLL Backhaul STD, the Commerce Commission indicated its intention to periodically review Primary and Secondary links to ensure that the regulated UCLL Backhaul service is available only on links where Chorus faces limited, or is likely to face lessened, competition.
In relation to the UBA Backhaul service, the Commission indicated its intention to undertake a combined review process of both the UCLL and UBA backhaul services, with reviews to be undertaken annually.
