The Commerce Commission has issued warnings to individual GPs who met last year and collectively decided to set a maximum fee level for a specific group of patients. The GPs were proposing then to join the Dunedin Primary Health Organisation (PHO).Relates to: Business Competition

The Commerce Commission has issued separate warnings to six Manawatu-based funeral directors. The funeral directors submitted a joint tender to the police for a contract to transfer deceased persons that put them at risk of breaching the price fixing provisions of the Commerce Act.Relates to: Business Competition
