Commission wins in Privy Council: Giltrap City Toyota to pay costs and face trial for price fixing

Following a Privy Council decision in London this morning (New Zealand time), Auckland Toyota dealer, Giltrap City Toyota, will pay costs to the Commerce Commission and face trial to hear allegations that it was involved in price fixing.Relates to: Business Competition
