The Commission is in the process of determining the final authorisation (the Authorisation) for the control of natural gas distribution services provided by Vector Ltd (Vector) and Powerco Ltd (Powerco) - the Gas Pipeline Businesses (GPBs). An important step in this process is the determination of appropriate Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) valuations for the GPBs' assets employed in providing the controlled line function services and the controlled metering services (the controlled services).
