Transpower is required by 25 October 2013 to provide to the Commission and publish on its website its annual compliance monitoring statement for the disclosure year ending 30 June 2013.
The annual compliance monitoring statement is required to disclose the information specified in Part 5 of the Commerce Act (Transpower Individual Price-Quality Path) Determination 2010 (the IPP Determination).
The information disclosure includes the calculation of the wash up of the maximum allowable revenue (MAR) for the 2012/13 disclosure year. The resulting wash up amount will be applied in making an update to the forecast MAR for the 2014/15 pricing year.
