An access seeker can apply to the Commission for a determination of all or some of the terms on which regulated services are supplied on a wholesale/resale basis. Price is calculated using the relevant initial pricing principle.
Once the Commission makes a wholesale determination, any party to that determination may apply for a review of the price using the relevant final pricing principle. However, rather than do this some parties have requested the Commission reconsider the method by which it calculated the intial price.

Wholesale Pricing Reviews
