Section 47 of the Telecommunications (TSO, Broadband, and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2011 discontinued accounting separation by repealing section 69ZB of Part 2 of the Act.
Accordingly, the Commission will not be proceeding further with changes to the regulatory reporting requirements for 2010/11.
As a result, the Commission will not require Telecom to republish its Regulatory Financial Statements for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2010 as set out in the Commission's Summary and Analysis of the 2010 regulatory Accounts.
