The application, received on 19 December 2008, sought clearance for Fletcher Building to acquire up to 100 per cent of the assets of Stevenson Group Limited's (Stevenson) Whangarei masonry business and up to 100 per cent of the assets of Stevenson's Auckland masonry business.
