On 11 December the Comerce Commission received an application from ihug for reconsideration of Decision 582 on the price of the regulated bitstream service supplied by Telecom to ihug and CallPlus. Ihug considers that there have been material changes in circumstances since June 2006 when that decision was issued and has sought clarification on interpretation and application of the pricing principal used in the Decision.
