1st competition test for UBA STD

This section 30R review will apply a competition test to the UBA service.  Areas found to be competitive will not be subject to the terms of the STD.

On 23 June 2010, the Commission gave notice that it was commencing the first review of the state of competition in relation to the UBA service. This section 30R review will apply a competition test for the first time to the UBA service.
